1.Where do we lack on communication

Hello all,
This is about communication which i feel is thee most important thing in this world more than what you/we study .. Because at the end of the day , The companies look mainly on your communication apart from your technical skills.. As you all know pretty well about how the companies filter during the interview.

There are lots of parameters they mainly look on
1.Confidence
2.Attitude
3.Communication Skills
4.Technical skills
5.Last your performance on studies

If we pass through the main problem in that all . Is our communication skills
I personally feel that a person who have good communication skills will have good confidence and one who have good confidence will have some amount good attitude . This word attitude can be at times good to you or vice versa .

I dont have that great communication skill . But just sharing my experience .. People do not mistake .

I felt that creating a blog might make you write things in good english

I will share my suggestion to get good communication skills and good confidence on my next posting .
